WTFchris 09-22-2008, 04:00 PM I live about an hour from Boulder where they are made. I still wouldn't wear them. No way.
WTFChris loves to announce local Colorado items that he doesn't support.
Glenn 09-22-2008, 04:12 PM My mother wears these and I still don't endorse them.
I'm cold hearted like that.
MoTown 09-22-2008, 04:12 PM He is pretty anti-Denver for living there...

-1/6 of the property taxes I had in Michigan.
-the best mass transit system in North America
-wind powered ski resorts
-Dre Bly's new team
-300+ days of sunshine
-whitewater rafting
-BEER
Uncle Mxy 09-23-2008, 11:32 AM Fucking crocrockers!

If Denver weren't BYO oxygen, I'd move there.
You don't support the local beer.
WTFchris 09-23-2008, 02:21 PM ^If you mean Coors, no. I support the smaller local beers though, particularly by New Belgium (Fort Collins), and the dozens of other vary good breweries in the area. In fact I had some nice Molly Brown Ale from Rock Bottom Sunday.
If Denver weren't BYO oxygen, I'd move there.
What does BYO mean?
MoTown 09-23-2008, 02:28 PM Bring your own.
^ Zekyl hates that you beat him to that.
Glenn 09-23-2008, 02:50 PM Technically, it should be "B.Y.O.".
Tahoe 09-23-2008, 04:58 PM The only problem with Micro's is that the alcohol % is usually higher than Domestics. So you can't drink beer all day long. You'd be toast. Other than that, micro's>domestic
Timone 09-24-2008, 11:34 AM Mine are navy blue.
Zekyl 09-24-2008, 01:13 PM Cthulhu will destroy you for wearing Crocs.
WTFchris 09-24-2008, 02:34 PM I just got offered tickets to the Avs game tonight. I will not be wasting 3 hours of my life to watch them, even for free. I told them to let me know when they have tickets for Dec 27th.
MoTown 09-24-2008, 02:51 PM How far away do you live from the Pepsi Center?
WTFchris 09-24-2008, 03:54 PM about a half hour drive.
BTW, the Pepsi Center is very nice. Very similar to the Palace, but the food is top notch for any stadium I've been in. There are at least a dozen different types of places to eat (unlike Joe Louis/Comerica where you get pizza or hotdogs basically). Lots more choices on drinks too. You can get mixed drinks, local micro brews, etc.
Colorado is top notch, there's no doubt. Minnesota on the other hand....
MoTown 09-25-2008, 09:07 AM about a half hour drive.

I would just accept the free tickets. I hate the Avs as much as you do, but I would think just going to a hockey game would be fun. Just bring headphones so you don't have to listen to the crowd.
Tahoe 09-28-2008, 06:48 PM Iggy!

Vinny 09-29-2008, 01:32 AM WTF? Why is that one shoe huge?
MoTown 09-29-2008, 08:48 AM LOL he has specially modified crocs.
Glenn 09-29-2008, 10:22 AM So if Iggy walked around without those shoes on, would he walk in a circle?
MoTown 09-29-2008, 10:31 AM ^Insensitive. jk
Glenn 09-29-2008, 11:01 AM Well, his mother's name is Eileen, so this shouldn't be a surprise.
Wizzle 09-29-2008, 11:06 AM well said, Mr. Turkeyneck

I have one leg about an inch and a half shorter than the other. When I was thirteen, I was run over by a big guy playing junior high football, and the right leg ended up a quarter-inch shorter. By my midtwenties, it was a half-inch. Then in the Eighties, I had no money and was taking packed economy flights everywhere, night after night. The combination of that schedule and a fall I took dancing on an amplifier left me with my spine twisted and a slight limp.
That almost sounds like he BS'd a sarcastic story about his leg. He had me goin until the economy flights.
Oh yeah I came into this thread because a relative gave us baby crocs for the kid. I'm proud to say that after a couple weeks they have not touched his feet yet.
Tahoe 09-30-2008, 08:35 PM I don't think I've ever even seen a pair. What are they the Birkenstocks of today or something?
Nike Flip Flops for me on weekends.
Timone 10-11-2008, 03:53 PM Still wearing them.
Uncle Mxy 10-13-2008, 10:38 PM Nike Flip Flops for me on weekends.

Tahoe 10-13-2008, 10:45 PM I need to get some WalMart Flip Flops. Addidas?
