I barely watched or read anything about it, but correct me where I'm wrong.
JoeD wouldn't draft anyone that wouldn't go to Europe, so he drafted then traded the 1st round , 29th pick to Seattle for 2 2nd rounders? Then we draft 3 guys in 2nd. All will be going to Europe?
2 PFs and 1 center.
1 of the power forwards seems to be really athletic.
Thats about it.

Ok, pretty much all of it needs correcting.
1. Dumars drafted 2 guys to go to Europe. Sharpe he drafted to be on the 2009 roster, possibly as a rotation player, worst-case a D-leaguer.
2. A PF, a SF, and a SG. He drafted Sharpe to play the 3. Duamrs wa svery clear about that.
3. Sharpe is really athletic, but he has small forward skills. He won't be playing the 4 in the NBA. Think Lamar Odom upside.

lamar odom upside? wow. i really like the kid. but i'm wondering how you can make that comparison fit.
he's not a good ball handler at all and is not a 'creator' by any means. i know you're not saying 'he's lamar odom' but i don't see anything similar in their games at all actually.

From what I've seen and heard, he's a very good ballhandler for his size. Dumars himself said that.
As far as creating, I wouldn't know, but he was also never asked to play the wing in college. I do know that he likes to slash.
