No idea if it works salary wise, but I like it.

It also lets us trade Sheed/Dyess for a higher pick+capable back up SF, better calibre starting PG, or even keep them to have a shit-hot front court.

I would KILL for Brand, somebody mentioned earlier how he'd the absolute perfect compliment for Sheed, if you could somehow swing a deal for him, AND keep Sheed (since Sheed and Dunleavy Sr. have a history, he's probably not the one that would go in that deal), then we'd have a dominate front court...

I'd gladly give up one of Chauncey or Tay along with Maxiell and whatever other fillers (picks, Afflalo, etc.) to make something like that work, we'd probably have to take a bad contract in return, such as Tim Thomas or even Cuttino...but I hope Joe explores the EB42 route

Just checked, to make it work under salaries we would have to include Dyess just to get Brand.

We dont have anything to just chuck in in order to also take on the contracts of Thomas or Cat, unless we want to throw in Tay or Rip. Which I dont...

well, you got brand with his achillies, and you have amare who had microfracture, and you have camby who's probably one more injury away from becoming jonathan bender..

Not saying he's not a great player. I always love having him on my team in NBA2K games. He just lacks heart, intensity, and the ability to play hard half the time. If he gave at least 90% effort all the time, hell even 85% effort, I'd absolutely love to have him on our team. The problem is he takes a lot of games off and doesn't hustle half the time.

Let's just say that if we got him, I'd be a big fan of his, but I'd always be screaming to take him out when he got lazy. Maybe Curry can motivate him, who knows.
