Last year's was fun (http://wtfdetroit.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=81) but Chris and I put a lot of work into it, and the participation just wasn't worth it, IMO.
Does anybody have any ideas for how do improve the process?
Maybe instead of going team by team and debating each pick, we can try to get 15 people to take 2 teams each?
I think we're pretty open to ideas if anyone has any.

That sounds like a good idea but do you think everybody would participate (and also not make shananigan picks just to be funny)

As a huge fan of the draft every year, I'd definitely take two teams.

I'd be terrible at claiming a team and seeing who I'd want them to take. I really only follow the pistons enough to do that. I liked last year's format, but I did participate on almost every thread last year though, so I'm biased.

I'd do it on some sort of lotto. (like a yahoo draft for the teams).
I like this format better than the voting stuff. It allows more discussion about team needs than simple voting.
I'd be down for taking a team or two or whatever.

Whatever. I plan to participate more this year, but I don't care so much about the format.
