I'm getting some odd latency now and again, but nothing that bad.

I have no problems, haven't had any other than I can't use the site at work (all forums are blocked).

I click on a thread and it just give me the progress bar, across the bottom of my browser, without loading the thread and sometimes times out.

Well, this has only happened to me once so far, and I check the site usually about every 15 mins during the day when I'm home, lol.

It's pretty random, and seems fine today.

Of course, until that "Quick Reply" there that took about 3 and a half minutes to go.

My guess is either the ISP security guy is fucking with some stupid ACL that should have been applied a long time ago and should be working perfectly by now, or the SQL server is shaky and needs a reboot. My guess is the latter.

I fixed it by Googling a thread that I new the name of and clicking on that link.

Then I deleted my old bookmark/favorite and saved a new one.

I'm guessing that the web host changed something.
