Wilfredo Ledezma 04-21-2008, 04:37 PM - Our pitchers lead the MLB in walks - We've hit in to more double plays than any other team - Our pitchers have hit more batters than any other team - We've allowed more runs than any other team Glenn 04-22-2008, 04:36 PM The Tigers are... --10 to 1 to win the World Series --5 to 1 to win th AL pennant --6 to 5 to win the AL Central (same as Cleveland) Source: Bodog Wilfredo Ledezma 04-23-2008, 02:22 PM OUR BULLPEN ERA IS BETTER THAN THE FOLLOWING TEAMS.... - Cleveland - Boston - Seattle http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/stats/aggregate?sort=ERA&split=128&group=9&season=2008&seasonType=2&statType=pitching&type=reg talk about a strange stat...who would've guessed that? MoTown 04-24-2008, 08:27 AM The Tigers now are fourth in the MLB in runs. They're 29th in runs against. DrRay11 04-24-2008, 09:46 AM ^^LOL. 19 run games never hurt... Wilfredo Ledezma 04-25-2008, 02:51 PM UPDATE: Other Bullpens the Tigers are better than (based on ERA) - Yankees - Mariners - Angels - Red Sox - Indians ...I swear, how is that not increidble?? Not to mention, we have drawn the 2nd most walks in the league, we couldn't buy a walk the last 2 years...the patience we've shown has been outstanding Vinny 04-29-2008, 10:43 PM If Todd Jones finishes the year with 30+ saves, he will move into the top ten all time. Also, while perusing the list (http://www.baseball-reference.com/leaders/SV_career.shtml), I noticed that early in his career, Kenny Rogers had 28 saves for the Rangers... Also, there are only 114 players with 100 or more career saves. Vinny 04-29-2008, 10:43 PM Correction, Troy Percival will likely save enough games to stay ahead of Todd, so he'll come in at 11th if he gets thirty plus. If he can get to 41, he'll pass Rollie Fingers and be in the top 10. regardless of what Percival does.
