View Full Version : Wisco and hawaii primaries today!
b-diddy 02-19-2008, 10:14 AM 120 or so delegates in play, after this the next event is march 4. wisconsin is supposed to be close after it looked like barrak might pull away.
tonight shouldnt make or break anyone delegate wise, but im sure hilary would really like to break obama's win streak. that would be quite impressive, since she has spent more time in texas and ohio, while obama has worked harder in wisconsin.
obama was born in hawaii, so he's probably not too worried about the hellraiser that is chelsea clinton, whom hilary pimped to hawaii last week, i believe.
Hermy 02-19-2008, 10:25 AM chelsea clinton, whom hilary pimped to hawaii last week,
BANNED!
All eyes on Texas supposing BOB wins these 2.
MoTown 02-19-2008, 10:34 AM Does Hawaii count as a state?
Glenn 02-19-2008, 10:37 AM Hopefully Obama isn't planning on wearing this today:

It was always close, but I'm betting on Obama to carry this one.

Obama's half-sister, who lives and teaches in Hawaii, has been campaigning for Obama there all along. He's the only one running ads. Obama is ohana (watch Lilo And Stitch if you don't know what that word means) and he's not gonna lose Hawaii. Even if Obama were to lose Wisconsin, he'd come out ahead overall when factoring in Hawaii. His most significant opposition is Inouye, and his political machine was proven faulty when Hawaii got their first Republican governor.
b-diddy 02-19-2008, 09:02 PM sounds like its 10 in a row for BO heading into 03/04.
b-diddy 02-19-2008, 09:11 PM we gotta get them moral monsters. thats what election '08 is about.
b-diddy 02-19-2008, 09:31 PM barrak obama is a golden god.
b-diddy 02-19-2008, 09:48 PM bo breaking in a new speach today. not nearly s polished as his we want change speach, but a little more substantive, and probably a good idea to move on. not just cuz of the plagiarism charge, but we all know it by hart by now.
he'll get this thing going on all cylanders in a couple weeks, anyway. final nail in the coffin, march 4th.
b-diddy 02-19-2008, 10:05 PM scholarships for community service is some pretty unappologetic socialism obama is serving up.
Big Swami 02-20-2008, 11:39 AM Hahaha, socialism. Fuckin' Denmark has free university education to anyone who passes the entrance exam. They're the most contented people on the face of the earth. I'll pay 50% taxes if I have a right to free social services, healthcare, education, daycare, elder care, 6 weeks of vacation, job training, whatever. Fuck it, I'm all for it. The country's clean, people are well-educated, they're efficient, and their businesses kick ass and clean up (Denmark is a key locale for the drug industry).
I've been working at a customer site for the past week and a half, and they've got all these sayings tacked all over the walls from the 7 Habits and all those other career success books. One of them says something like "people have been known to accomplish more by working together than by working against one another." I stuck a little sticky note to it that says "COMMUNIST!"
That's very Buddhist of you.
Big Swami 02-20-2008, 12:03 PM I know!
Uncle Mxy 02-20-2008, 11:45 PM sounds like its 10 in a row for BO heading into 03/04.
It's soon to be 11. Democrats Abroad (U.S. citizens who are permanently living overseas) reports their results on 2/22. Out of their 7 delegates, Obama's likely to pick up 5, maybe 6. The nasty anal sex he is having with Hillary's presidential ambitions will continue.
Uncle Mxy 02-21-2008, 11:15 AM Democrats Abroad just reported -- 66% Obama, 33% Hillary. They have "half delegates" (as did the Virgin Islands), so the split is probably 4.5 Obama and 2.5 Hillary at worst. Much of Hillary's support came from the Dominican Republic. 11 in a row. 26 of 38 states, with 10 states to go (unless FL and MI decide to count).
Big Swami 02-21-2008, 04:05 PM At this point I think Michigan would actually vote for Obama in a primary, if it had one. I always figured Michigan for a Hillary state considering how good the Clinton years were to the state, but maybe not anymore. Texas is looking closer every day.
