By the way, anyone else kinda hoping the Pats go 16-0 and lose in the playoffs? Like the first game, they somehow get upset. Man, that'd be hilarious.

You think Favre can stop the Pats?

What if Tom Brady is comfortable in these?

You think Favre can stop the Pats?

Yes. Yes, I do.

Every time I think of Brett Favre the song "Fortunate Son" by Creedence Clearwater Revival pops into my head.

Some folks are born made to wave the flag, Ooh, they're red, white and blue

I'm sick of the Patriots...

I hope they win out, and then lose in the Super Bowl...even if that means having to hear how great Brett Favre is for the next 3 months on Sports Center...

I want the Pats to win because I'm so sick of this undefeated crap. They overplay this crap every year a team gets off to a great start. The last few weeks it has completely dominated sports TV. If they do it, it will severely reduce the talk every year when a team starts off hot. I couldn't care less how they do in the playoffs though. I just want this crap to stop hapening in the future.

It still isnt going to change anything if they do. I think it will have a reverse effect since it happened recently. For example lets say the Pats win tomorrow, breeze through the playoffs, win the superbowl (boring). They start next year 3-0, 4-0, whatever. You cannot possibly believe that NO ONE would talk about them going undefeated. As a matter of fact I think itll be 10 times worse until they lose a game. By then they could be on a 25 game win streak. Then they will bust out lists like "Where does this rank all time" or "How does Tom Brady do it? Does banging hot chicks give him his super powers?" or "Is Bill Bellicheck the biggest douche alive?" It wont stop. It will never stop.

I am so sick of it. Just lose already.

The Pats will win out to the superbowl just because I like Brady + Belichick. To me they don't have the same vulnerability that the Mavs had when they faced the Warriors, the Pats do everything well. They can run, pass, and defend the run and pass.

No, you are right, until they lose. It will be a huge circus until they lose a game.

My point is that every year when some other team (lets say the Colts) starts off 9-0 (or something like that), then I think there will be less of the crap about being undefeated. They won't be talking to the Dolphins all the time, and how they have champange waiting, etc. The undfeated season has less luster every time it is accomplished.

I also want it broke because it's an outdated record anyway. They only went 14-0 in the regular season. Technically the Pats already beat them since they are 15-0.

I honestly would laugh like mad if they worked their asses off to win that game against NYG, then they got a key player (Brady or Moss?) injured and lost in the first round of the playoffs. Then they'd have that undefeated regular season, but at what expense, and they'd look like fools for going after the record. I like Brady, he's a Michigan guy, but that's one of the few times I actually wouldn't mind him getting injured.

Whew, the 4th quarter is being shown on CBS. Someone told me they'd only do the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters then you were shit out of luck.
