Another Batman vs Joker story. Looks interesting. I think Christopher Nolan is a pretty damn smart Director, so i'm curious as to how he sets this story up.

Who was it that was playing the Joker? And why did they have to go and put Kirsten Dunst in it? I loved all the other actors, but she just annoys me.

Heath Ledger plays the Joker. The girl is Maggie Gyllenhaal, and they were constrained by trying to keep the Rachel Dawes character from the first movie and Katie Holmes decided to devote her body to Scientology. Aaron Eckhart as Two-Face -- that's killer!

if you ever rent the suspect zero dvd, theres a deleted ending scene where he(eckhart) shows some glimpses of how he'd look crazy.

Wow, I must have only been half paying attention when I watched the trailor. Maggie Gyllenhal works just fine. I didn't realize that was Heath Ledger at all. I didn't even notice Two-Face was in it.

He wasnt and isnt technically. Its Harvey Dent whose in the movie and he eventually becomes Two Face. Automatic set up for another sequel much like harry osborn eventually becoming the next goblin.

Ahhhh. Hopefully they keep Christian Bale for the whole series. It always bugged me that they kept switching Batmans in the older ones.

Michael Keaton would've been 43-44 years old for the third Batman movie.

IMO, Tim Burton chose the wrong actor from Beetlejuice for the role. Alec Baldwin would've been a much better choice.

I really liked The Shadow.

sometimes I put a bunch of extra white space in there so people think there is something else written

I dont know, you ever see desperate measures? he was in decent shape in that movie which came out 3 years after batman 3.

I thought he was a damn good batman. Bale works for the younger early years batman, but keaton was my favorite out of the older bunch.

Keaton is by far the best of the original story thread.

I thought Ledger was a poor choice for Joker but the more I watch the trailer the more I like where he's taken Joker. Have to see the movie to decide now.

I didn't care for any of the choices, but Keaton was the best of the bunch. I just didn't like his overall look. Batman as a damaged "Everyman"-looking guy just seemed wrong to me, but that's a couple decades under the bridge.

My citing his age wasn't so much about would he be in shape, but would he be appealing as Batman to youth-fixated teen movie goers, and would he want to put up with that shit for a diminishing payday.

Now the trend is to cast 'em young so they can milk the hell out of the franchise with the same actors... ehh...

I definitely did not like Clooney as batman.

This movie looks fantastic. Bale impressed me as Batman, and I think that Ledger has done his homework on Joker. This looks like a winner.
