As much as I hate to admit it, Jim O'Brien has the Pacers playing well and beating some teams that they really shouldn't. 8-8 for that team is quite an achievement I would say.

Stan Van Jeremy has the Magic only 1 game behind the Celtics, so he deserves some credit too.

Byron Scott in New Orleans
Jerry Sloan in Utah
Phil Jackson
Others?

It's actually easier to pinpoint the guys on the hot seat than the ones that are thriving.

Pacers are a bunch of overachieving punks.

Byron had this team on a crazy start but injuries have slowed the hornets down

I'm going with Ron Jeremy. Rashard Lewis is good but not THAT good to catapault them from an 8th seed team to a Top 2 seed.
