O.J.'s Alleged Robbery -- Caught on Tape!

TMZ has obtained an audio tape of O.J. Simpson's confrontation with a sports memorabilia dealer that led to his arrest on felony robbery charges. In it, you hear someone say, "You against the motherf*****g wall."

The tape was recorded by Thomas Riccio, who co-owns the auction house Universal Rarities. Riccio met up with Simpson just before the confrontation at the Palace Station Casino on Thursday night.

We're told Riccio was on hand to help Simpson prove certain memorabilia being auctioned by Alfred Beardsley was ill-gotten. Riccio says he believed Simpson was going to confront Beardsley in the hotel room to give him an ultimatum -- either hand over the goods or Simpson would call the cops.

Riccio turned his Olympus digital voice recorder on before the group entered the room -- a group that included Simpson and four other men. Almost immediately, Simpson went wild, hurling profanities at Beardsley and another memorabilia dealer, Bruce Fromong.

The confrontation lasts six minutes. It is graphic and telling. Simpson is clearly the ringleader. Simpson repeatedly says, "Think you can steal my s**t and sell it?"

We're told Riccio also recorded the police interview with Beardsley and Fromong. Riccio also claims he has audio of Beardsley and Fromong conceding they didn't have a right to the memorabilia. Riccio also says he has audio of Bruce Fromong saying he helped Simpson hide money in offshore accounts.

And there's this: Riccio's partner, Jeff Woolf, says Simpson left a message on Riccio's cellphone trying to convince him that there was no gun involved in the robbery.

After knowing how he almost cut off his wifes head and stabbed the shit out her friend, tell me you wouldn't be shitting yourself if he came into your hotel room screaming like that with a couple of goons with guns.

For some reason my parents were in Cali in '96. They decided to drive by OJ's home and take a picture. Right as they are pulling up his gates open and he just happens to be taking his garbage out. The 11 criminal counts include two counts of first-degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon; and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. All but one of the listed offenses are felonies.

I was listening to the radio yesterday and they were saying that when he gets sentenced for this, he's not getting "robbery" time, he's getting "murderer" time. The way things look, they won't need to sentence him out of spite - if you're charged with kidnapping, your ass is going away for a good long time.

Bruce Fromong, the guy who was robbed by OJ suffered a major heart attack today and is in critical condition. Some are saying that if he dies and a doc ties it to this incident, there 'could' be murder charges against the Juice. friggin weird.

Conan O'Brien said last night that OJ has said he's innocent and proclaimed he could not have done what he's being accused of, because: "its not murdery enough".

Simpson ordered to give Rolex to Goldman

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - O.J. Simpson must hand over his Rolex watch and other assets to satisfy a judgment that found him liable for the deaths of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and friend Ron Goldman, a judge ruled Tuesday.

Any future royalties from a sports video game featuring Simpson also must be delivered to Goldman's father, Fred Goldman, Superior Court Judge Gerald Rosenberg ruled.

Simpson must also surrender any of the disputed memorabilia items recently seized by Las Vegas authorities that are found to be legally his.

Simpson attorney Yale Galanter was in trial and not immediately available for comment, a Florida office receptionist said.

Goldman wasn't in court and there was no immediate comment from his representatives.

A San Francisco jeweler has determined that the Rolex is a fake.

LAS VEGAS -- Another O.J. Simpson co-defendant is pleading guilty in a Las Vegas armed robbery and kidnapping case.

Charles Ehrlich is pleading to reduced charges of attempted accessory to robbery and attempted burglary.

He's one of the men who accompanied Simpson during a confrontation last September with two sports memorabilia dealers at a casino hotel. He's now the fourth to take a plea deal.

Ehrlich lives in Miami.

That leaves two defendants -- Simpson and Clarence "C.J." Stewart -- to face trial next month. The two have pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. They could face life in prison if convicted.

Simpson has maintained that he was trying to retrieve personal belongings and family heirlooms, and that no guns were involved.

Ehrlich has agreed to testify against Simpson at the former football star's trial. He could face as much as five years in prison. He'll be sentenced after Simpson's trial.

At least 6 years in prison.
