If you are drinking the Stuckey koolaid and you think Camby can stay healthy, then this could make some sense.

Lindsey would retire and Dupe will probably be cut by the Pistons anyways, so no loss there.

Charlie Bell could then be signed with the rest of our MLE if Billy D was willing to pay some luxury tax.

Camby
Sheed
Tay
Stuckey
Billups

Maxiell
Dice
Amir
Bell
Hayes
Nazr
Afflalo
Samb (NBDL)
Mejia (NBDL)

That's the best team in the EC, IMO, and it even leaves an open roster spot to play with (Webber?).

The Bucks, of course, wouldn't let us sign Charlie Bell, but that's only a minor sticking point.

This team does need a little bit of a mix up - I'd do it.

Would Denver give up Camby's D for another scored in Rip? Sure he is an upgrade over JR but still do you trade away one of the best D men for a scorer on a team with AI and Carmelo

Greg brings up a good point about the Nuggets taking another scorer. However, the Nuggets can still be solid with a Nene Kmart Melo front court. Rip is no slacker on D as well.

If the Nuggets do consider this, they would be cutting LH,Dupe which saves them a little bit of money as well as Rip making a little less than Camby.

From a Pistons perspective, I'd wait to see how Stuckey pans out. If he can play solid D and score about 12-15 pts a game, I'd obviosuly do it. If Stuckey isnt capable, put in Bell.

A 'Melo-Martin-Nene front court requires K-Mart being healthy.
