I do have to say imo there is a double standard that if Philly oh boy doesn't win he 'chocked', but if Tiger doesn't win, he just didn't play his best.

There is a double standard when you're Phil Mickelson and you choke all the time.
The other part of the double standard is that Tiger came along when golf was about as popular as the Left Handed Semi Professional Women's Bowling Tour, and everyone even remotely associated with the game right now owes him a royalties check (cheque if you're Canadian).

I just had this discussion, everyone said Phil didn't choke at Wingfoot, he FUCKED UP. He went for the green, like only Phil does, through a grove of trees and over water. He went for it and failed.

If he would have tried to lay up and failed and missed 2 footers cuz Tiger was standing over him, THAT is choking.
